We think coaching is being able to hold a goal focused meaningful conversation with another that leads to change in some way and hence improved performance. Through such conversations many more choices for progress are created.

We have a range of individual coaching services from a single one-off session to “6 Brief sessions in a day”, to ongoing developmental face to face coaching over several months.
