The partner and “in house” coach, Ian Paterson
has 25 years experience in global professional services firms nine of which have been as a partner, which is his current role in one of the UK’s top 4 firms.  During this time he has worked across a number of service lines and sectors including mergers & acquisitions and restructuring.
In addition to his client facing role, Ian leads the internal coaching provision within his business.  This role includes a mix of 1:1 coaching, facilitating on his firmâs coaching and development programme across Europe and leading the creation of a coaching culture in the organisation.  He has considerable experience of coaching and training coaching skills to his fellow partners across Europe.  Ian has completed the full solution surfing training with Peter Szabo in Switzerland.
We will be applying this process and thinking to different themes such as client relationships, building trust, changing cultures through informal conversations and formal coaching, building innovative  coaching cultures and delivering strategic and organisational improvement.  Plus we will run a session on challenges you face so that you can have an experience of the process on YOUR issues and challenges.
